1. Beta Program

Aigis is currently in early access beta. Features may change, and the service may experience occasional downtime. By using Aigis during the beta period, you acknowledge this and agree to help us improve by reporting issues.

2. Your Data, Your Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Aigis, including resumes, documents, and profile information. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself in your profile.
• Not upload content that infringes on others' rights.
• Not attempt to access other candidates' data or share links.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

4. AI Twin Responses

Your AI Twin generates responses based on the documents and profile data you provide. While we use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to ground responses in your actual content, AI-generated responses may occasionally be imprecise. You are responsible for reviewing your Twin's accuracy.

5. Access Control

You control who can interact with your AI Twin through share links. You can set expiration dates, usage limits, and revoke access at any time. We do not grant access to your Twin without your explicit consent.

6. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete all your data or your entire account at any time from your Settings page. Deletion is irreversible and removes all documents, profile data, access logs, and AI Twin content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aigis is provided “as is” during the beta period. We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI Twin responses or the availability of the service. We are not liable for any decisions made by recruiters or hiring managers based on interactions with your AI Twin.
